Exhibitions
Which fair, and when to commit.
We maintain a working calendar of the trade fairs that matter in both countries — by sector, with stand costs, booking deadlines and hall guidance. It is the first thing we send anyone thinking about exhibiting.
Sectors we track fairs for
In both countries. If your category is not listed, ask — the calendar is wider than this and we keep it current rather than publishing a list that ages.

How to actually get value from a fair
- 01Pick the right fair for your category — the wrong one costs the same and returns nothing
- 02Commit early enough to get a hall position that carries traffic
- 03Fill the diary before you arrive: fifteen qualified meetings beats a week of passing footfall
- 04Staff the stand in the local language, not only in English
- 05Log every enquiry properly at the stand, not from memory afterwards
- 06Follow up every card within ten days, qualified and scored
If you cannot send people, our represented exhibitor service does all six on your behalf.
Common questions
+–How far ahead should we book a stand?
Earlier than most companies do. Good hall positions go first, and visa and sample logistics need lead time. Six months ahead is comfortable; three is tight; six weeks is usually too late to do it well.
+–Can you tell us which fair is right for our product?
Yes, and it is the cheapest advice we give. The wrong fair is worse than no fair — you spend the budget and meet nobody relevant.
+–Do you publish stand costs?
We quote them per show once we know your space requirement, because rates vary by hall, position and how early you commit.
