Detailed service pages

Each of these sets out exactly what the service covers, what you receive and how it is priced.

Representation

Authorised representative

Several Indian schemes require a registered local entity to hold a product approval. We can be that entity — independent of your distributor, which keeps your channel options…

Representation

Buying agent

For companies buying repeatedly from the other country. We are appointed by you, paid by you, and act only for you — which is what makes it different from an introduction.

Compliance abroad

Certification for the Russian market

The most common reason an Indian export plan for Russia stalls. We establish which route applies to your product, what it costs and how long it takes — before you quote a…

Counterparties

Counterparty verification

Before you ship anything or pay anything, one question decides everything else: is this company what it says it is. We answer it locally, in the counterparty’s own…

Documentation

Documentation & customs

The unglamorous layer that decides whether a container moves or sits. We prepare it on both sides of the route, so nothing depends on two unconnected agents agreeing with…

Compliance abroad

Indian product approvals

For a Russian exporter, Indian market access is rarely blocked by tariffs. It is blocked by product certification, a local representative requirement, and labelling rules…

Getting paid

Payment routing

The question that ends most India–Russia conversations, answered before the contract rather than after the container has sailed.

Counterparties

Pre-shipment inspection

The last point at which a problem is cheap. We inspect against the agreed specification while the goods are still in the seller’s country and the money has not moved.

Compliance abroad

Russian labelling & marking

More consignments are stopped over labelling than any other single issue, and it is entirely preventable. We prepare artwork that is checked in Russia, not translated in…

Common questions

+How can two principals deliver this many services?
We orchestrate rather than execute. A vetted panel of certification consultants, customs brokers, freight forwarders, translators, accountants and lawyers in both countries does the specialist work under our management. You deal with one firm, in your language, on one invoice, and we own the outcome.
+What does it cost?
Compliance and documentation work is priced per filing, quoted before we start. Counterparty search and market intelligence are fixed fees by depth. Exhibition representation is a fee per client per show. Standing appointments are a monthly retainer, plus a percentage of order value only where we are formally the appointed agent.
+Do you work on commission?
Only as an appointed agent running inspection on every consignment. We do not work on introduction commission, because a fee that depends on a deal closing between two parties who have just met each other is not a service — it is a gamble, and it pushes the intermediary to close deals that should not happen.
+Which countries and products do you cover?
India and Russia, in both directions. We do not take engagements involving goods or counterparties that fail our screening.

Tell us what you are trying to move.

A short call is usually enough to tell you whether it is straightforward, difficult, or not worth attempting. We will say which.
